Willy is a very well known Thai actor. He was born Reungrit McIntosh on 4 April 1970 to a Thai mother (Yupaporn) and a Scotsman father (William). He is the older brother (and the only sibling) of Kathaleeya, another Thai superstar previously featured on BISEAN’s Perfect Specimen series.

Willy went to the University of Michigan and graduated in 1993 as an Aerospace Engineer. Why he never became a pilot is a story nobody knows. Today, Willy is one of Thailand’s most recognizable faces – the man with the perfect complexion.

As he is one of Thailand's pioneer Eurasian superstars, he was featured on Time Magazine's The Great Eurasian Invasion article.

PERFECT SPECIMEN: Daniel Henney

Too beautiful to be true -- but he is real!

Daniel Phillip Henney is a famous model and actor in Korea. He was born to an American of British descent father and a Korean mother on 28 November 1979 in Carson City, Michigan.

Daniel attended college on scholarship through his talents in basketball but eventually gave it up to venture into the lucrative modeling industry in 2001. He got his first modeling job in Korea then Taiwan, Hong Kong, Italy and France.

He was already an established supermodel before making his acting debut in 2005. He also won an acting award on the same year.

Her father is an Australian lawyer named James Curtis and her mother is a Filipina - Carmen Ojeda-Curtis. Anne has 8 brothers and sisters.

PERFECT SPECIMEN: Oliver Poupart | โอลิเวอร์ พูพาร์ท

Oliver Poupart is one of the most recognizable faces on Thai television.


Oliver made a handful of movies including the epic "The King Maker" where he sported a really bad hairdo. LOL. He has also endorsed big products inlcuding the recent Nissan Cefiro campaign. He was one of the most photographed celebrities in the 90's.

PERFECT SPECIMEN: Ananda Everingham | อนันดา เอเวอริ่งแฮม

Born of true love.



Ananda Matthew Everingham is a Lao-Australian actor who made it big in the Thai film industry. You may recognize him from his role in the 2004 Asia-wide film phenomenon "Shutter". He was born in Thailand on 31 May 1982 and attended school in Bangkok and Australia.

If you have seen the 1983 NBC Telly movie "Love Is Forever" about an Australian photojournalist who swam the great Mekong River to rescue the Lao woman he loves --here he is, the fruit of an eternal love between a man and a woman. It was in 1977 when America ruthlessly bombed Laos just for the heck of it.

PERFECT SPECIMEN: Shannyn Sossamon

You may recognize her from her first movie role in "A Knight's Tale" opposite Heath Ledger. Her lovely unconventional looks must've come from somewhere... she's definitely one of the hottest babes out there!

Shannyn was born in Honolulu on 3 October 1978, to Sherry Sossamon and Todd Lindberg, grew up in Reno, Nevada, and attended Galena High School there. She is of French, Hawaiian, Dutch, English, Irish, Filipino and German descent; her maternal grandmother is Hawaiian-Filipino, and her maternal grandfather is English-German. Shannyn appeared in television commercials and had DJ gigs in local clubs. In 1999, she was discovered by casting director Francine Maisler, while assisting a friend DJ at Gwyneth Paltrow's birthday party.

Thanattha (Marsha) Wattanapanich born 24 August 1970, is a Thai pop singer and actress. Her father is Thai and her mother is German.

Due to high demand and popularity of Eurasians in Thailand, a beauty like Marsha has become an all-around talent from music recording to movies, modeling to TV hosting and just about anything that requires a commercial push.

Cindy Kurleto is a Filipino-Austrian model and currently making it big in the film industry in the Philippines. She was a former VJ for MTV Philippines and appeared in numerous telly commercials.

Just like me and most of Eurasians I know, we kinda have the same pattern how we ended up here in Asia. Cindy was educated in Austria from primary to college, took up Hotel and Restaurant Management and eventually got herself a job as a waitress. Cindy got bored of her job and longed to find her roots.

Continuing with my claim that Eurasians are the best looking and a perfect specimen of the human race...here's another treat for you.

This is ARI WIBOWO, a Indonesian-German celebrity doing excellently in the Indonesian movie industry. Born on 26 December 1970 in Berlin, started as a model before he became one of Indonesia's biggest star. Ari is also a recording artist a Taekwondo master.

Mixed blood people are called "Indo" in Indonesia. Most advertising agencies use them to create a cosmopolitan image to local establishments. Ari is also well known and highly visible on television with soaps he starred in. Most Indonesians will say that he is much much better looking on screen than on pictures which is quite ironic as Ari started his career as a photo model. Anyway, there is no doubt he is indeed gorgeous!
